Export Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to support the Export Sales Manager to ensure that all potential and confirmed deals are efficiently serviced and that all obligations are adhered to.  Other responsibilities include co-ordination of meetings for sales trips and book fairs, and monitoring customer stock levels and reprint deals.

The department can be very busy and the workload heavy, so the ideal candidate will need to have a calm attitude and be able to prioritise and multi-task when under pressure. The position would suit someone with excellent organisational, administrative and word processing skills as well as having excellent market knowledge and a keen interest in illustrated publishing.  You will also have experience in customer service acquired in an entry level role, ideally within a publishing environment.
