Simon Parkes
Simon Parkes presents The Food Programme on BBC Radio 4 and won the Glenfiddich Award for Radio 2004 for his programme Bombay Lunchboxes. He occasionally writes for Waitrose Food Illustrated and The Calcutta Telegraph and has regularly reviewed restaurants for Vogue. He is also a former Michelin inspector.
