Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the competition.
2. Entries must be submitted to arrive by 1st January 2009.
3. Entries which are illegible, damaged, lost or late entries will not be accepted.  Proof of posting is not proof or receipt.
4. Only one prize per household.
5. The entry instructions form part of the rules.  By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
6. The draw will be held on 5th January 2009.  The winner will be the first entry drawn. 
7. The prize is a signed copy of Great British Feast by Marco Pierre White. There are 20 signed copies available to give away to 20 different winners.
8. Prizes are subject to availability.  There are no cash alternatives.
9. Prize winners will be notified in writing by 10th January 2009.  A list of winners will be available after that date by sending a SAE to the competition address.
10. Winners must agree to their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes.
11. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter.
