Dave Broom

Award-winning author and whisky expert Dave Broom has been writing about whisky for 25 years as a journalist and author. He has written eight books, two of which (Drink! and Rum) won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Book of the Year. He has also won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Writer of the Year twice and recently won the extremely prestigious IWSC Communicator of the Year Award. He was also one of the developers of Diageo's generic whisky tasting tool, the Flavour MapT.

Denise has been working as a food stylist and recipe writer for over 20 years. Dhan Tamang

Dhan Tamang is UK Latte Art Champion 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, as well as a finalist at the 2016 World Latte Art Championship. He is renowned in the coffee art world for his use of colour and the precision of his designs. Originally from Nepal, Dhan has been demonstrating his techniques the world over and training would-be baristas from his coffee lab in the UK.

Eric Lanlard

Master Patissier and twice winner of the prestigious Continental Patissier of the Year at the British Baking Awards, Eric Lanlard has earned himself an international reputation for superlative baked creations for an impressive A-list clientele, including Madonna and Sir Elton John. Having trained in France, Eric moved to London where he ran the patisserie business for Albert and Michel Roux. He stayed there for five years before launching his own business, Cake Boy, a destination cafe, cake emporium and cookery school based in London. Eric is an experienced TV presenter, most recently with Channel 4's Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard. Fiona Dunlop

Fiona Dunlop is the author of the critically acclaimed New Tapas in which she explored Spain's best tapas bars and, more recently, Medina Kitchen, which featured the best of home cooking in North Africa. James Martin

James Martin is one of Britain's favourite chefs. He wowed the country with his great desserts and cakes in the hugely popular BBC series Sweet Baby James, and also presents Saturday Kitchen on BBC1. He most recently co-presented the BBC's The Great British Village Show, which celebrated the traditional village fête. James won fame for quite a different talent when he reached the semi-finals of the 2005 series of Strictly Come Dancing. Jamie Purviance

Jenni Muir

Jenni Muir is a freelance food journalist, critic and consultant working with some of the UK's most esteemed cultural venues. The former editor of Time Out London Eating & Drinking Guide, her work has appeared in a wide range of publications including the Sunday Times, The Independent, Country Living, Marie Claire and BBC Good Food. Jenni has edited books for many esteemed chefs and food writers and her own book A Cook's Guide to Grains was nominated for the Glenfiddich, André Simon and World Gourmand Cookbook Awards. Her luxury travel guide The Guest List featured on Richard & Judy's Book Club as one of their top Christmas gift choices. She is based in London and Bath but returns frequently to her native Australia.

Joanna Farrow

Joanna Farrow loves having fun with her food, having giving cakes and cookies a whole new look in Dress Your Cake and Dress Your Gingerbread. Ken Hom, O.B.E, is regarded as the world's leading authority on Chinese cookery. Well-loved for his popular television programmes, books and restaurants, he was awarded by HM The Queen with an honorary OBE for 'services to culinary arts' in 2009.

Kevin Dundon

One of Ireland's best-loved chefs, Kevin Dundon can usually be found busy at work in the Dunbrody Country House kitchens and cookery school. A chef with a love of locally sourced produce, he has cooked for many well-known celebrities during his career, including Queen Elizabeth II, President Bush and Bono.In 1997, Kevin and his wife founded the Dunbrody Country House Hotel, which has become synonymous with contemporary Irish country house cooking. In 2008, Kevin put his name to MGM Grand's new restaurant venture Raglan Road in downtown Disney, Orlando, and over the past few years has appeared on numerous TV channels in the US, Canada and Ireland. He is the author of Great Family Food, Recipes That Work, Full on Irish and Back to Basics.

Killian Fox

Killian Fox grew up in northwest Ireland and lives in London. He is the editor and co-founder of The Gannet, which acts as a conduit for his shameless nosiness about other people's eating habits. A regular contributor to the Observer Food Monthly, he has also written for the Guardian, The Times and the New Statesman, covering music, film, literature, travel and technology as well as food. He'd call himself an omnivore were it not for a lingering fear of boiled eggs.

Laura Washburn Hutton

Since graduating from the prestigious École de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, Laura Washburn Hutton has had a number of careers. In Paris, she worked as an assistant to Patricia Wells. Later, after moving to London, she worked as a Commissioning Editor, overseeing the publications of many cookery books as well as writing numerous publications herself. Opting for a better work-life balance, she has slowed down the pace to be able to 'have the time to actually cook instead of only reading about it'. She now combines writing about food with teaching people how to cook.
