Tonia George trained as a chef at Leith's School of Food and Wine and spent four years working for various magazines before becoming Food Editor of Essentials. She now works freelance, writing and styling food for books and many leading magazines, including BBC Good Food, Livingetc, Olive and Ideal Home. Tonia has travelled extensively, eating her way around Europe, Asia, and Australia. She currently lives in London, but has also lived in Rome and Sydney.
