Michael Bright

Michael Bright is an executive producer with the BBC's Natural History Unit. He and his colleagues are based in Bristol England but they scour the entire world for stories and pictures. He is the author of over 75 natural history books including Andes to Amazon: A Guide to South America, the producer of countless television and radio programmes including the award-winning television series Natural World and Wildlife on One and has been editorial consultant to Reader's Digest and Dorling Kindersley on reference works such as Discovering the Wonders of our World and The Wildlife Year.
Christina Brown

Internationally renowned teacher and bestselling author Christina Brown has been practising yoga since 1989 and teaching for two decades. She has run in-depth teacher training programmes for the last ten years and her yoga retreats have been voted "top in Australia". She has been a regular contributor to the Ask the Expert column in Australian Yoga Journal magazine and also blogs on how yoga philosophy intersects with everyday family life. Christina is the author of several books on yoga and natural health including the bestselling The Yoga Bible (Godsfield, 2003), Quick & Easy Yoga (Duncan Baird, 2008), The Book of Yoga (Parragon, 2002), Ten Minute Yoga (Sterling, 2003), The Ayurvedic Year (Storey Books, 2002) and Yoga (Parragon, 2001).Christina's practice is inspired by many Hatha Yoga traditions. Over the decades she has enjoyed learning from esteemed yoga lineages like those of Vanda Scaravalli, BKS Iynegar, Synergy Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga and she has received teachings by renowned yoga teachers from around the world.
