Happy Publication Day 29th October 2015!

pub day octWe’d like to wish a very happy publication day to some of the incredible books we’ve published over the last few weeks. From epic action-adventure, to page-turning fantasy and apocalyptic classics we’ve got something for every reader this October.

The Cathedral of Known Things by Edward Cox– Return to the world of the award-nominated The Relic Guild with this remarkable fantasy novel . . . Divided, hunted and short on resources, the surviving members of the Relic Guild are in real trouble. Their old enemy, the Genii, and their resurrected master have infiltrated Labrys Town and taken over the police force.

So the Relic Guild must flee their home, and set off on a dangerous journey across the worlds of the Aelfir. One that will lead them to a weapon which might destroy the Genii. Or the whole universe . . . The Cathedral of Known Things is out now in trade paperback, eBook and audio download.
Shadows of Self by Brandon Sanderson– More than 300 years after the events of the The Final Empire shaped Scadrial, Waxillium Ladrian has returned to the capital city of Elendel. Crisscrossed by canals and railways and towers which reach for the sky, it’s still a city of dangers and of magic; Allomancy and Feruchemy can still change the world and Wax faces many more adventures ahead. Shadows of Self is out now in hardback, eBook and audio download.

Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett – There is a hint of Armageddon in the air. According to the Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch (recorded, thankfully, in 1655, before she blew up her entire village and all its inhabitants, who had gathered to watch her burn), the world will end on a Saturday. Next Saturday, in fact. So the Armies of Good and Evil are massing, the four Bikers of the Apocalypse are revving up their mighty hogs and hitting the road, and the world’s last two remaining witchfinders are getting ready to Fight the Good Fight. Atlantis is rising. Frogs are falling. Tempers are flaring, and everything appears to be going to Divine Plan.

Except that a somewhat fussy angel and a fast-living demon are not particularly looking forward to the coming Rapture. They’ve lived amongst Humanity for millennia, and have grown rather fond of the lifestyle. So if Crowley and Aziraphale are going to stop it from happening, they’ve got to find and kill the AntiChrist (which is a shame, really, as he’s a nice kid). There’s just one glitch: someone seems to have misplaced him. Good Omens is out now in hardback.

The Dread Wyrm by Miles Cameron– The Red Knight has stood against soldiers, against armies and against the might of an empire without flinching. He’s fought on real and on magical battlefields alike, and now he’s facing one of the greatest challenges yet. A tournament.

Where there is competition there is opportunity; the question is, will the Red Knight take it? Or will the creatures of the Wild seize their chance instead . . . The Dread Wyrm is out now in trade paperback, eBook and audio download.

Some turned their talents to the service of humanity. Others used their powers for evil. Wild Cards is their story.
