Award-winning author and whisky expert Dave Broom has been writing about whisky for 25 years as a journalist and author. He has written eight books, two of which (Drink! and Rum) won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Book of the Year. He has also won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Writer of the Year twice and recently won the extremely prestigious IWSC Communicator of the Year Award. In 2015 Tales of the Cocktail presented Dave with the Best Cocktail & Spirits award, soon to be followed by the Golden Spirit Award in 2016.Over his two decades in the field, Dave has built up a considerable international following with regular training/educational visits to France, Holland, Germany, the USA and Japan. His remit has covered consumer features as well as business reports. He is also actively involved in whisky education, acting as a consultant to major distillers on tasting techniques as well as teaching professionals and the public. Dan Docherty

Dan Docherty is an international Tai Chi and Qijong consultant who has taught, and continues to teach, thousands of students at seminars throughout the world. Since 1989, Dan has been the organiser of the British Open Tai Chi Championships. He is Chairman of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. He regularly contributes to martial arts publications and is the author of the recently published Tai Chi Bible (Godsfield, Feb 2014), Tai Chi Chuan and Complete Tai Chi Chuan. Dan learned Tai Chi Chuan while serving as an Inspector in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force between 1975 and 1984. In 1980 he won the Open Weight Division at the fifth South-east Asian Chinese Pugilistic Championships in Malaysia. He is an LLB graduate from Glasgow University and holds a postgraduate CNAA diploma in Chinese. He regularly travels to the Far East, especially to China, for research.

Linnea Dunne was born and raised in Sweden, where she started her writing career as a columnist at the local newspaper aged 15. She left for Ireland a few years later and eventually moved to London, where she studied Creative Writing and Political Communications. Linnea's work on subjects ranging from motherhood to women's rights and media narratives has been published by (among others) the Irish Times, the Guardian and the Irish Independent. She also works as Editor of Scan Magazine, spreading the word about all things Scandinavian, and is the author of Lagom: The Swedish Art of Balanced Living (2017). Linnea now lives in Dublin with her husband and two kids. Juggling life as a work-from-home freelance professional with motherhood and countless creative projects, and inspired by her husband who gets up early to meditate every morning, she recently took up daily yoga and set out to find out how a good morning ritual can contribute to a sense of peace and purpose.
