Alissa Timoshkina

Food and Russian culture are two of Alissa's greatest passions. Born to a family of avid readers and lovers of all things cinematic, she grew up exposed to the classics of Russian and world cinema and literature.History was also a subject that resonated in her household: Alissa's great-grandmother Rosalia and her son Yuri (my grandpa) were Jewish-Ukrainian Holocaust survivors, and she'd also witnessed the Russian Revolution as a child in the late 1910s. Sometimes she felt that she too had lived through those monumental historical episodes, so vivid were their stories. Eventually Alissa realized that it is through food that she could establish the most profound and meaningful connection to her family, and to her great-grandma in particular. Charlotte Cosby

Head of creative, Charlotte Cosby, has been working with Farrow & Ball for the past eight years. Charlotte began her career in finance, but she soon realized that her heart was in the creative world and she moved to Farrow & Ball in 2006. She has full responsibility for creative direction, including product development, brand identity, photography, showroom design and much more. Charlotte is passionate about pattern, colour and design and spends much of her free time redecorating her beautiful Victorian apartment by the sea.

Chetna Makan

Chetna Makan was born in Jabalpur, an ancient city in central India. She has a degree in fashion and worked in Mumbai as a fashion designer before moving to the UK in 2003. Chetna reached the semi-final of The Great British Bake Off in 2014, and her first book, The Cardamom Trail, is a celebration of baking with Indian flavours. She has a very popular YouTube channel 'Food with Chetna' where she shares her creative flair for food.

Claus Meyer

Claus Meyer has been a gastronomic entrepreneur for more than 30 years, and has inspired a generation to discover local Nordic produce through his portfolio of businesses, cookbooks, TV shows, lectures and agenda-setting viewpoints. He co-founded the celebrated restaurant noma, in Copenhagen, in 2003 and also founded restaurant GUSTU, in La Paz (Bolivia). In 2016 he opened a large-scale food space within the Grand Central Terminal in New York City, the Great Northern Food Hall, and a 100-seat restaurant, Agern, as well as a bakery in Williamsburg.

Da-Hae West

Da-Hae was born in Busan, South Korea, but raised in England from the age of three. Her mother continued to cook Korean food in England, often using ingenious substitutions, so Da-Hae enjoyed Korean breakfasts, lunches and dinners every day. With her husband, Gareth West, she decided to start their street food company Busan BBQ in 2013, with Da-Hae now running the business full-time. Da-Hae, Gareth and Busan BBQ have been featured in the media on numerous occasions, from the Travel Channel and BBC's The One Show to many excellent reviews and features in press ranging nationals such as the Telegraph and the Independent to magazines such as Stylist.

Denise Smart

Denise has been working as a food stylist and recipe writer for over 20 years. Her technical and creative expertise means she can work in all areas and has cooked, stirred, created and styled food for packaging, advertising, editorial, PR, web and TV commercials. Denise is a published author and has written over a dozen cookbooks, including her latest best-selling spiralizing cookbooks. She has worked for many large publishing houses, covering subjects from children's cooking to desserts, quick cooking and mug food. Diana Henry

Diana Henry is one of our best-loved food writers. She has a weekly column in the Sunday Telegraph and also writes for BBC Good Food, House & Garden and Waitrose Weekend, as well as being a regular broadcaster on BBC Radio 4. Henry Dimbleby is co-founder of Leon, the award-winning fast food chain that serves healthy fast food.
