Dave Broom

Award-winning author and whisky expert Dave Broom has been writing about whisky for 25 years as a journalist and author. He has written eight books, two of which (Drink! and Rum) won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Book of the Year. He has also won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Writer of the Year twice and recently won the extremely prestigious IWSC Communicator of the Year Award. In 2015 Tales of the Cocktail presented Dave with the Best Cocktail & Spirits award, soon to be followed by the Golden Spirit Award in 2016.Over his two decades in the field, Dave has built up a considerable international following with regular training/educational visits to France, Holland, Germany, the USA and Japan. Denise Smart

Denise has been working as a food stylist and recipe writer for over 20 years. Her technical and creative expertise means she can work in all areas and has cooked, stirred, created and styled food for packaging, advertising, editorial, PR, web and TV commercials. Denise is a published author and has written over a dozen cookbooks, including her latest best-selling spiralizing cookbooks. She has worked for many large publishing houses, covering subjects from children's cooking to desserts, quick cooking and mug food. All her recipes are double-tested to ensure they work perfectly first time.

François Allard

François Allard is a specialist in Motown and American music and has run the website MJStrangersite.com since 2003. He has collaborated on various Michael Jackson magazines and is part of the team behind JAM.

Jake Spicer

Jake Spicer is an artist and drawing tutor based in Brighton, England. Judith Miller

Judith Miller began collecting in the 1960s while a student at Edinburgh University in Scotland. She has since extended and reinforced her knowledge of antiques through international research, becoming one of the world's leading experts in the field. In 1979 she co-founded the international best-seller Miller's Antiques Price Guide and has since written more than 100 books which are held in high regard by collectors and dealers.Judith Miller appears regularly on TV and radio. She is an expert on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow and has co-hosted the popular BBC series The House Detectives, ITV's Antiques Trail, and Discovery's It's Your Bid. She has appeared on The Martha Stewart Show and CNN. She is a regular lecturer and contributor to numerous newspapers and magazines, including the Financial Times, the Daily Telegraph, BBC Homes & Antiques and House & Garden. She has lectured extensively, including at the V&A in London and the Smithsonian in Washington.

Kay Plunkett-Hogge

Kay Plunkett-Hogge is an acclaimed food and drinks writer, and the author of Aperitivo (Mitchell Beazley, 2017), Adventures Of A Terribly Greedy Girl (Mitchell Beazley, 2017), A Sherry & A Little Plate Of Tapas (Mitchell Beazley, 2016), Heat: Cooking With Chillies (Quercus, 2016) and Make Mine A Martini (Mitchell Beazley, 2014).In addition to her own books, Kay has co-authored a further six books, working with the award-winning chef Bryn Williams on his two books Bryn's Kitchen and For The Love Of Veg, Academy Award nominated actor Stanley Tucci on his second cookbook The Tucci Table, and with the American pizza guru Chris Bianco. Lia Leendertz is an award-winning garden and food writer. She writes a monthly almanac column for the Telegraph, a monthly column for The Garden magazine and a long-running series on growing and eating seasonally for Simple Things magazine. She also contributes frequently to the Guardian and Gardens Illustrated. She is the author of several gardening books and the cookbook Petal, Leaf, Seed: Cooking with the garden's treasures. Linnea Dunne

Linnea Dunne was born and raised in Sweden, where she started her writing career as a columnist at the local newspaper aged 15. She left for Ireland a few years later and eventually moved to London, where she studied Creative Writing and Political Communications. Linnea's work on subjects ranging from motherhood to women's rights and media narratives has been published by (among others) the Irish Times, the Guardian and the Irish Independent. She also works as Editor of Scan Magazine, spreading the word about all things Scandinavian, and is the author of Lagom: The Swedish Art of Balanced Living (2017). Linnea now lives in Dublin with her husband and two kids. Juggling life as a work-from-home freelance professional with motherhood and countless creative projects, and inspired by her husband who gets up early to meditate every morning, she recently took up daily yoga and set out to find out how a good morning ritual can contribute to a sense of peace and purpose.

Rebecca has written about food and drink for the Financial Times, Evening Standard, the Observer, the Guardian, Red and The Sunday Times. Her cookbooks include Istanbul: Recipes from the heart of Turkey and Lisbon: Recipes from the heart of Portugal, as well as LEON Happy Soups and LEON Happy One-pot, both of which she co-authored with John Vincent. She is one of the food and drink experts on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch. She believes that with the right skills, and just a bit of knowledge, everyone can eat well and hopes that her writing goes a little way towards helping that happen. She lives in London with her husband and two small daughters.

Richard Lecocq is the author of KING, a retrospective of Michael Jackson's solo career, and has run the website MJdatabank.com since 2001. He has collaborated with Universal on Michael Jackson projects, and is the editor of JAM, a biannual Michael Jackson publication.
