Katherine Allen

Katherine Allen has been teaching Qigong and Taiji from 1992. She is a senior instructor member, past committee member and honorary vice president of The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. She is a Level 8 senior instructor of Practical Tai Chi Chuan International, and an instructor member of the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts. Since 1992 she has taught thousands of people of all ages and requirements, and given workshops, talks, demonstrations and performances to a wide variety of groups and institutions, including London Mind Body Soul exhibitions and GMTV. Her longtime interest in physical and mental health and the mysteries of a joyful, peaceful, youthful spirit are driving forces in her life.

Linnea Dunne

Linnea Dunne was born and raised in Sweden, where she started her writing career as a columnist at the local newspaper aged 15. She left for Ireland a few years later and eventually moved to London, where she studied Creative Writing and Political Communications. She now lives in Dublin with her husband and two half-Swedish kids, trying to achieve that lagom balance against all odds. Nancy created and pioneered the development of The Thinking Environment and is Founder and President of Time To Think. A published author and public speaker, she also teaches Time To Think courses, leads the Time To Think Faculty and delivers keynote presentations around the world.Time To Think began in 1984 and grew out of Nancy's consulting and teaching work near Washington, DC, where she had served as a Founding Director of The Thornton Friends School for twelve years and as Director of The Leadership Institute for six years. Dr Patrizia Collard is a psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, stress management consultant and lecturer in psychotherapy at the University of East London.
