Higgidy's founder and chief pie maker, Camilla Stephens, began making pies in 2003, having trained as a cook at Leiths School of Food and Wine. She worked for a time as head of food development for Starbucks UK before leaving to follow her dreams and start her own business - Higgidy. Chetna Makan was born in Jabalpur, an ancient city in central India. She has a degree in fashion and worked in Mumbai as a fashion designer before moving to the UK in 2003. Chetna reached the semi-final of The Great British Bake Off in 2014, and her first book, The Cardamom Trail, is a celebration of baking with Indian flavours. She has a very popular YouTube channel 'Food with Chetna' where she shares her creative flair for food.

Christie Goodwin

Christie Goodwin is a British photographer with a career that spans over 35 years. She has worked for Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, One Direction, Paul McCartney, Rod Stewart and other top recording artists. Christie's work appears on CDs, DVDs and tour merchandise, and in international publications, books and exhibitions. Kathryn Bruton

Kathryn Bruton has spent over ten years working in the food industry, from restaurant kitchens and private catering to working on Masterchef. She has also worked on a host of best selling cookbooks, as well as appearing frequently on Irish television. Kevin Braddock

Megan C Hayes PhD

Megan C Hayes is a groundbreaking researcher and pioneer of the Positive JournalĀ® approach to personal writing. She has spent a decade studying writing and the psychology of happiness, and discovering ways that writing makes us happier. She is an academic in the fields of Positive Psychology and Creative Writing, with a personal interest in mental health issues after growing up with a mother and sister who both experienced bipolar episodes. Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman, professional photographer and best-selling author, was born in England in 1945, took a Masters in Geography at Brasenose College, Oxford University, and then worked in advertising in London for six years. In 1971 he made the life-changing decision to travel up the Amazon with two secondhand cameras, and when Time-Life used many of the pictures he came back with, he embarked on a full-time photographic career.Since then, working for clients that include all the world's major magazines, most notably the Smithsonian Magazine (for which he has shot more than 40 stories over 30 years), Freeman's reputation as one of the world's leading reportage photographers has been consolidated.
