Alex Mezger

Chow and Alex Mezger are brothers and the son of the founder of Jude's (the company is named after their mother). In 2002, in a Hampshire dairy barn, their father started churning delicious ice cream by hand, using milk from local cows. Alex and Chow are now the joint managing directors. They started by selling to their local pub and farm shops but are now a recognised brand across the UK. 10% of their profits go to charity.

Alice Storey

Alice Storey is originally from Tazmania and now lives in London. She has had many years of experience as a Home Economist and currently works as such on UKTV Food's Market Kitchen. Hamlyn All Colour Cookbook: 200 Super Salads is her first book.

Alissa Timoshkina

Alissa is a chef, curator and supper club host. She came to the UK in 1999 from Russia to study and never looked back. Gaining a PhD in film history, Alissa lectured and published on the subject of Russian and European cinemas, and also worked as curator and coordinator of film festivals in London. However, her passion for cooking and hosting dinner parties, gradually turned into an obsession and Alissa left her job to launch a new project: a cinema-supper club called KinoVino, which offers film screenings and sit-down dinners with unique menus inspired by the films. Since its launch in May 2015, KinoVino has established a reputation as one of London's most original projects, redefining the local food and film scene. Alissa has also launched a private events branch of KinoVino, organising product launches and private gatherings. She regularly holds food popups and supper clubs where she explores the cuisine of the former Soviet Union. Camilla Stephens

Higgidy's founder and chief pie maker, Camilla Stephens, began making pies in 2003, having trained as a cook at Leiths School of Food and Wine. She worked for a time as head of food development for Starbucks UK before leaving to follow her dreams and start her own business - Higgidy. Since then, Higgidy has become one of the UK's fastest-growing food companies, and its products are now stocked in most of the country's major supermarkets. Camilla is married to Higgidy's co-founder James, and they have two children.

Caroline Craig

Caroline Craig comes from generations of fruit farmers in Provence where her great grandfather, Aimé Rimbert co-founded the wine cooperative in her family's native village, Mormoiron. She is the author, with Sophie Missing, of The Little Book of Lunch, The Cornershop Cookbook and The Little Book of Brunch. She also writes regularly for the Guardian.

Chantal Symons

Chantal's passion for cooking was ignited when, as a teenager, she was diagnosed as allergic to dairy, eggs and wheat. She believes everyone should take joy and satisfaction from food and so she specializes in freefrom cooking. Chantal has worked as a personal chef, caterer, restaurateur and in food product development. She is also a champion barbecuer, and has won several competitions including Jamie Oliver's 'Big Feastival'.

Dan Doherty

Dan Doherty has appeared on BBC1's Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4's Sunday Brunch. He is a judge on the BBC1's primetime series Britain's Best Cook. Dan was the Chef Director at London's Duck & Waffle, in the City of London and recently opened his own restaurant, The Royal Oak, in Marylebone, Central London. He won Tatler's Rising Star Chef award at their 2013 Restaurant Awards and the Guardian declared him 'among the high priests of Britain's culinary revival'. He is the author of Duck & Waffle: Recipes & Stories and Toast Hash Roast Mash.
