Henry Dimbleby is co-founder of Leon, the award-winning fast food chain that serves healthy fast food. Ian Wisniewski is a food, drink and travel writer and broadcaster, specializing in spirits, particularly whisky and especially Scotch whisky. Jamie Butterworth is an RHS Ambassador who has had a passion for gardening since the age of nine, when he converted his grandparents back garden in Wakefield into his own allotment. Michael Freeman, professional photographer and best-selling author, was born in England in 1945, took a Masters in Geography at Brasenose College, Oxford University, and then worked in advertising in London for six years.
