Alex Mezger

Chow and Alex Mezger are brothers and the son of the founder of Jude's (the company is named after their mother). In 2002, in a Hampshire dairy barn, their father started churning delicious ice cream by hand, using milk from local cows. Alex and Chow are now the joint managing directors. They started by selling to their local pub and farm shops but are now a recognised brand across the UK. 10% of their profits go to charity.

Caroline Craig

Caroline Craig comes from generations of fruit farmers in Provence where her great grandfather, Aimé Rimbert co-founded the wine cooperative in her family's native village, Mormoiron. Chetna Makan

Chetna Makan was born in Jabalpur, an ancient city in central India. She has a degree in fashion and worked in Mumbai as a fashion designer before moving to the UK in 2003. Chetna reached the semi-final of The Great British Bake Off in 2014, and her first book, The Cardamom Trail, is a celebration of baking with Indian flavours. She has a very popular YouTube channel 'Food with Chetna' where she shares her creative flair for food.

Claire Ptak

Claire Ptak is former pastry chef at the legendary California restaurant Chez Panisse, and now chef-proprietor of Violet Cakes in London. She was chosen to make Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding cake.

Clodagh Mckenna

Clodagh McKenna is a chef, restaurateur and broadcaster who studied in France and New York and trained and worked at Ballymaloe. She is the author of five books and runs a restaurant in Dublin called Clodagh's Kitchen. Dan Doherty

Dan Doherty has appeared on BBC1's Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4's Sunday Brunch. He is a judge on the BBC1's primetime series Britain's Best Cook. Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman, professional photographer and best-selling author, was born in England in 1945, took a Masters in Geography at Brasenose College, Oxford University, and then worked in advertising in London for six years. Saiphin Moore

Saiphin grew up on a mountain farm in Khao Kho, Northern Thailand, where she learned to cook with ingredients brought straight from field to wok.
