Katie Caldesi

Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi own London's Caffé Caldesi as well as Caldesi in Campagna in Bray. Kelly Holmes

Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes is one of Britain's most recognisable and admired athletes. She has won World, Commonwealth and European medals, and added double Olympic gold at Athens in 2004. Michael Schuster trained in tasting in Bordeaux. In the early 1980s he helped create an award-winning wine retail business, and since then he has worked as an independent writer, consultant and lecturer, running his own wine school in north London with his wife Monika, a Cordon Bleu trained chef.
