Alissa Timoshkina

Alissa is a chef, curator and supper club host. She came to the UK in 1999 from Russia to study and never looked back. Henry Dimbleby

John Whaite won the third series of The Great British Bake Off, and now runs his own cookery school, John Whaite's Kitchen. Mark Hix

Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix is known for his original take on British gastronomy. Nargisse Benkabbou was raised in Brussels, where she grew up in a strongly food-oriented family that continually nurtured her connection with her roots and country of origin, Morocco.After living in Brussels and Paris, Nargisse moved to London to pursue her education in Politics only to realize that her love for cooking and food was a real passion.
