She has been a professional food journalist and stylist for 14 years and is a mother of two young girls. She is the author of Hamlyn's Kids' Healthy Lunchbox.

Fran Warde

Fran Warde is a cook and best-selling food writer. She spent 18 months in the kitchens at The Café Royal before opening her own restaurant in London and then moving into catering and opening a successful cookery school. Fran co-authored with Joanna Harris the award-winning The French Kitchen, followed by The French Market. Her other books include New Bistro and Food for Friends. She has written for numerous publications, including The Saturday Times Magazine, BBC Good Food and Waitrose Food Illustrated and was the food editor of Red magazine.

James Martin

James Martin is one of Britain's favourite chefs. He wowed the country with his great desserts and cakes in the hugely popular BBC series Sweet Baby James, and also presents Saturday Kitchen on BBC1. He most recently co-presented the BBC's The Great British Village Show, which celebrated the traditional village fête. James won fame for quite a different talent when he reached the semi-finals of the 2005 series of Strictly Come Dancing. He is a consultant to P&O and has his own restaurants on the Ocean Village and Ocean Village Two cruise liners. He has also written several books including The Collection, Delicious!, Great British Dinners and Easy British Food.

Ken Hom

Ken Hom, O.B.E, is regarded as the world's leading authority on Chinese cookery. Well-loved for his popular television programmes, books and restaurants, he was awarded by HM The Queen with an honorary OBE for 'services to culinary arts' in 2009.

Marina Filippelli

Marina Filippelli is Italo-Brazilian and lived most of her childhood in Rome. Now living in London, she writes and food styles for numerous magazines. Marina's main passion is Italian food, a love she nurtures by managing cookery holidays throughout Italy and regularly visiting her family in Rome. She is the author of Hamlyn's successful Fresh Italian.

Paul Henderson has been GQ's Food and Drink editor since 2003. He has interviewed many of the biggest names in gastronomy, from Gordon Ramsay to Jamie Oliver. His work has also appeared in the Guardian, the Telegraph and the Spectator.

Rose Elliot

Rose Elliot is a worldwide bestselling author. In 1999 she was honoured to receive the MBE from the Queen 'for services to vegetarian cookery', and in 2002 became a patron of The Vegetarian Society in the UK.

Rosemary Shrager
