Dan Doherty is Executive Chef at Duck & Waffle, London's first upscale 24-hour restaurant. In 2013 Dan became a weekly contributor to The Independent's 'Dish of the Day', where he now blogs about being a chef, the industry, recipes and more and recently joined Olive magazine as a columnist. His achievements have been honoured in the form of prestigious awards and accolades, including the title of Rising Star Chef, which he received at the 2013 Tatler Restaurant Awards. His first book, Duck & Waffle: Recipes & Stories, was selected as one of the cookbooks of 2014 by Observer Food Monthly, Mail on Sunday and Red Magazine.

Hayley Campbell

Hayley Campbell, who spent many months rummaging through Neil's attic to source the material for this book, was born in England and lived in Australia for 20 years before moving to London, where she writes for the New Statesman, The Comics Journal and McSweeney's. She is currently working on her first novel, and can often be found committing terrible acts of amateur taxidermy.

Holly Wales

Holly Wales is a UK-based illustrator. Her work explores a variety of subjects, pushing colour marker pens to their limits. Holly works with text and multiple layers of colour to deconstruct forms and produce dynamic compositions. Her client list includes Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, The Wall Street Journal, Men's Health, National Geographic, Byron Hamburgers, The Huffington Post, the V&A, Urban Outfitters, Wired and GQ Deutschland. Between 2008 and 2013 she illustrated a weekly column for The New York Times Magazine. Holly has also taught on several illustration courses around the UK including Central St Martins, Winchester School of Art, Camberwell College of Arts, Falmouth University and Brighton University.

Jake Spicer

Jake Spicer is an artist and drawing tutor based in Brighton, England. John Austin

John Austin worked as a senior toy designer in the Boy's Research and Development Department at Hasbro Toys and has worked on popular brands like; Transformers, Star Wars, Iron Man, Spiderman, Jurassic Park, Tonka and GI. Skilled in 3D computer modelling, illustration, and creative thinking, he brings many of these talents to the creation of his book projects, as well as ever-increasing market awareness for each individual product he works on. He has also personally pitched projects to Warner Brothers and Cartoon Network. John graduated in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. He currently lives in Wisconsin with his wife and keeps busy working on contract product development, more books and other entrepreneurial endeavours. Also the author of Cubicle Warfare and Prank University.
