Holly Farrell

Holly Farrell spent two years at RHS Gardens Wisley where she gained the Wisley Diploma in Practical Horticulture, and the RHS Certificate and Diploma (both with Commendation), and where she won the Nicholson Prize for overall contribution to RHS Garden Wisley as a trainee. After working as Head Gardener on a private estate she now combines designing and improving gardens for private clients with her developing career as a garden writer for publications such as Kitchen Garden and the RHS magazine The Garden. Holly is the author of RHS Plants from Pips and Planting Plans for Your Kitchen Garden: How to Create a Vegetable, Herb and Fruit Garden in Easy Stages. She lives in Oxfordshire.

Holly Wales is a UK-based illustrator. Her work explores a variety of subjects, pushing colour marker pens to their limits. Holly works with text and multiple layers of colour to deconstruct forms and produce dynamic compositions. Her client list includes Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, The Wall Street Journal, Men's Health, National Geographic, Byron Hamburgers, The Huffington Post, the V&A, Urban Outfitters, Wired and GQ Deutschland. Katherine Allen

Katherine Allen has been teaching Qigong and Taiji from 1992. She is a senior instructor member, past committee member and honorary vice president of The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. She is a Level 8 senior instructor of Practical Tai Chi Chuan International, and an instructor member of the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts. Since 1992 she has taught thousands of people of all ages and requirements, and given workshops, talks, demonstrations and performances to a wide variety of groups and institutions, including London Mind Body Soul exhibitions and GMTV. Her longtime interest in physical and mental health and the mysteries of a joyful, peaceful, youthful spirit are driving forces in her life.

Linnea Dunne

Linnea Dunne was born and raised in Sweden, where she started her writing career as a columnist at the local newspaper aged 15. She left for Ireland a few years later and eventually moved to London, where she studied Creative Writing and Political Communications. She now lives in Dublin with her husband and two half-Swedish kids, trying to achieve that lagom balance against all odds. Linnea's work on subjects ranging from motherhood to women's rights and media narratives has been published by (among others) the Irish Times, the Guardian and the Irish Independent, and she also works as Editor of Scan Magazine. The irony of the fact that she escaped her home country, never made it back, and now spends the majority of her day writing about Scandinavian culture, innovation and trends is lost on no one.

Matthew Brehm

Matthew Brehm is an Associate Professor of Architecture at the University of Idaho, where his teaching responsibilities include design studios, graphics courses, and an annual study abroad program in Rome, Italy, that he initiated in 2007. He is the author of Sketching on Location and Drawing Perspective. In 2010, Matthew received the university's Hoffman Award for Excellence in Teaching, and his drawings have been recognized with awards by the Design Communication Association and the American Society of Architectural Illustrators.

Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman, professional photographer and best-selling author, was born in England in 1945, took a Masters in Geography at Brasenose College, Oxford University, and then worked in advertising in London for six years. In 1971 he made the life-changing decision to travel up the Amazon with two secondhand cameras, and when Time-Life used many of the pictures he came back with, he embarked on a full-time photographic career.Since then, working for clients that include all the world's major magazines, most notably the Smithsonian Magazine (for which he has shot more than 40 stories over 30 years), Freeman's reputation as one of the world's leading reportage photographers has been consolidated. Nancy created and pioneered the development of The Thinking Environment and is Founder and President of Time To Think. A published author and public speaker, she also teaches Time To Think courses, leads the Time To Think Faculty and delivers keynote presentations around the world.Time To Think began in 1984 and grew out of Nancy's consulting and teaching work near Washington, DC, where she had served as a Founding Director of The Thornton Friends School for twelve years and as Director of The Leadership Institute for six years. She is a Fellow of Ashridge Management College, UK, and the International Listening Association's Listener of the Year 2010.Nancy was born and raised in New Mexico and lives in England with her husband, Christopher Spence.

Patrizia Collard

Dr Patrizia Collard is a psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, stress management consultant and lecturer in psychotherapy at the University of East London. Her books include Journey into Mindfulness, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Dummies, Awakening the Compassionate Mind (2014), and The Little Book of Mindfulness. Sarah Skeate

Sarah Skeate graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Illustration in 2000. Soon discovering that the world was a strange and hostile place after the sweet comforts of institutional life, she beat a hasty retreat to the art department's supply cupboard where she squatted for six months, living on a diet of crayons and sugar paper. Following her detection and subsequent ejection, she reluctantly returned to the outer world, where she became a successful author and illustrator of several arts and crafts and children's titles. A little dark, a little quirky, but always uplifting and loveable, her drawings may make you wonder whether Ms Skeate ever really left that cupboard. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.
