Frances Stanfield

Frances studied Illustration at University College Falmouth after her Foundation Degree at Portsmouth University. She has since completed The Drawing Intensive Scholarship with The Royal Drawing School and currently works as a Restoration Artist alongside maintaining her own practice. Henry Dimbleby

Henry Dimbleby is co-founder of Leon, the award-winning fast food chain that serves healthy fast food. Together with John Vincent and Allegra McEvedy, he opened the first restaurant in London in July 2004, and six months after opening, Leon was named the Best New Restaurant in Great Britain at the Observer Food Monthly Awards (by a judging panel that included Rick Stein, Gordon Ramsay, Nigel Slater, Heston Blumenthal, Ruth Rogers and Jay Rayner). Henry Mcnulty

Henry McNulty was born to American parents in China in 1913. He returned to the States for his education and became a war correspondent during World War II, which took him around Europe and gave him the opportunity to gather observations on the drinking habits of different countries. He began working for the drinks industry in the 1950s as a PR consultant, later progressing to a career in drinks journalism. Henry wrote for publications including House & Garden and Gourmet before landing a regular wine and spirits column in Vogue, some of which were abridged for the first edition of Vogue Cocktails. He also authored Vogue A-Z of Wine, One for the Road (a guide to non-alcoholic drinks) and Drinking in Vogue. Henry came to be considered as a trusted authority on drinks and a cocktail aficionado.

Hester Berry

Hester began teaching drawing and painting in 2009. She often teaches alongside bestselling author Jake Spicer, running life drawing classes designed to challenge and grow her students' understanding. She is based in Devon and has twice been shortlisted for the Sky Arts Artist of the Year, as well as for the BP Portrait Award.

Hugh Johnson

He began his magazine career in the late 1970s as a reporter for Melody Maker, before moving to Smash Hits, where he was assistant editor for three years from 1984. His first launch and editorship came in the late 1980s with Sky magazine. At Hearst UK he oversaw brands like Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Harper's Bazaar, Men's Health and Good Housekeeping.Prior to working at Hearst, Birch was chief content officer at TV Guide in New York for four years; and before this he was editorial director at Emap for more than 10 years, where he helped to launch Red, Closer, Grazia and re-launch Heat.

Ian Wisniewski

Ian Wisniewski is a food, drink and travel writer and broadcaster, specializing in spirits, particularly whisky and especially Scotch whisky. He is the author of three books on whisky, including Classic Malt Whisky, and contributes to various publications including Whisky Magazine, Whisky Quarterly and Malt Whisky Yearbook, and was a contributor to Michael Jackson's encyclopedic book, Whisky. He conducts tutored tastings and classes on whisky, and visits distilleries on a regular basis to learn more about the production process, which is one of his favourite subjects. He is a Master of the Quaich.

Jake Spicer

Jake Spicer is an artist and drawing tutor based in Brighton, England. Laura Watton has been creating her own manga for many years, and her stories have been published by Tokyopop and Sweatdrop Studios.
