Lucy Whigham (née Goddard) trained at the University of Nottingham, UK, where she achieved a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. Lucy sees patients for a variety of conditions but specializes in nutritional gastroenterology and disorders of the gut. Matthew Biggs trained at The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, has presented numerous television programmes, notably Channel 4's Garden Club, and is a regular panellist on BBC Radio 4's Gardeners' Question Time. Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman, professional photographer and best-selling author, was born in England in 1945, took a Masters in Geography at Brasenose College, Oxford University, and then worked in advertising in London for six years. Olia Hercules was born in Ukraine and lived in Cyprus for 5 years before moving to London to study a BA in Italian language, followed by an MA in Russian and English.
