Camilla Stephens

Higgidy's founder and chief pie maker, Camilla Stephens, began making pies in 2003, having trained as a cook at Leiths School of Food and Wine. Dan Doherty

Darina Allen

Frances Ambler

Frances Ambler is a London-based writer and art historian. She has a special interest in 20th-century design and is the author of Mid-Century Modern: Icons of Design and The Story of the Bauhaus. Guy Barter

Guy Barter is Chief Horticulturist of the Royal Horticultural Society, having joined the organization as superintendent of trials at RHS Garden Wisley in 1990. Prior to that, he gained experience in the commercial horticultural world after graduating with a degree in horticulture. Guy now runs the RHS Members' Advisory Service, which provides answers to an enormous range of questions and supplies evidence-based advice for thousands of gardeners and is author of RHS How Do Worms Work and RHS Can Anything Stop Slugs.

Joe Tracz

Joe Tracz spent years investigating the unfortunate world of Lemony Snicket before becoming a writer and producer on all three seasons of Netflix's A Series of Unfortunate Events. An LA-based screenwriter and playwright, his work includes the Drama Desk-nominated adaptation of the first Percy Jackson novel, The Lightning Thief, and the cult musical Be More Chill.

John Whaite

John Whaite won the third series of The Great British Bake Off, and now runs his own cookery school, John Whaite's Kitchen. His fourth book Comfort was chosen as a Book of the Year by BBC Radio 4's Food Programme. John was also a resident chef on ITV's Lorraine for two years. Kelly Holmes

Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes is one of Britain's most recognisable and admired athletes. She has won World, Commonwealth and European medals, and added double Olympic gold at Athens in 2004. Awarded an MBE for services to the British Army, honoured by the Queen with a Damehood and made a Honorary Colonel in 2018, she founded the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust to engage, enable and empower young people. Pierre Koffmann

Pierre Koffmann has been at the heart of fine cuisine in Britain for over 40 years. After working as a young chef in Strasbourg and Toulon, Koffmann arrived in London in 1970 to work under Michel and Albert Roux at Le Gavroche. In 1972 he was made the first head chef of the Roux brothers' new venture, the Waterside Inn at Bray. When Pierre opened La Tante Claire in 1977, it was the start of a residency at the top of the London culinary world that would span four decades. Within six years of opening, La Tante Claire had its third Michelin star, setting new standards for cooking and creating extraordinary dishes from classically simple ingredients, while also serving as an academy for many of today's culinary superstars.
