John Austin

John Austin worked as a senior toy designer in the Boy's Research and Development Department at Hasbro Toys and has worked on popular brands like; Transformers, Star Wars, Iron Man, Spiderman, Jurassic Park, Tonka and GI. Skilled in 3D computer modelling, illustration, and creative thinking, he brings many of these talents to the creation of his book projects, as well as ever-increasing market awareness for each individual product he works on. Linnea Dunne was born and raised in Sweden, where she started her writing career as a columnist at the local newspaper aged 15. She left for Ireland a few years later and eventually moved to London, where she studied Creative Writing and Political Communications. She now lives in Dublin with her husband and two half-Swedish kids, trying to achieve that lagom balance against all odds. Linnea's work on subjects ranging from motherhood to women's rights and media narratives has been published by (among others) the Irish Times, the Guardian and the Irish Independent, and she also works as Editor of Scan Magazine. The irony of the fact that she escaped her home country, never made it back, and now spends the majority of her day writing about Scandinavian culture, innovation and trends is lost on no one.

Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood is a champion barista who has competed in the World Barista Championship and has won the UK Barista Championship three times. He is co-owner of an award-winning independent roastery and coffee shop. Having travelled the world studying the science and art of coffee, Maxwell co-authored Water For Coffee with Dr. Christopher H. Hendon of MIT, a study on the chemical interactions between water and coffee, and how they can be manipulated to create a higher-quality cup. He frequently works with coffee experts around the world throughout various parts of the coffee chain to develop new and better technology for the enjoyment of coffee.

Nancy Kline

Nancy created and pioneered the development of The Thinking Environment and is Founder and President of Time To Think. A published author and public speaker, she also teaches Time To Think courses, leads the Time To Think Faculty and delivers keynote presentations around the world.Time To Think began in 1984 and grew out of Nancy's consulting and teaching work near Washington, DC, where she had served as a Founding Director of The Thornton Friends School for twelve years and as Director of The Leadership Institute for six years. Olia Hercules

Olia Hercules was born in Ukraine and lived in Cyprus for 5 years before moving to London to study a BA in Italian language, followed by an MA in Russian and English. Olympe de Gouges

Olympe de Gouges (1748-93) was a French playwright, activist and feminist whose powerful polemics against racial and sexual injustice won her a wide audience in the years before and during the French Revolution. Her most vital, The Declaration of the Rights of Women and of the Female Citizen (1791) was written in response to the revolutionary Declaration of the Rights of Man (1789), highlighting its inherent sex bias and addressing key issues of women's rights that it had failed to cover. De Gouges' refusal to conform to revolutionary orthodoxy, and her continuing protests against its injustices, cost her dearly: she was beheaded in Paris in November 1793, at the age of 45. Notorious in her lifetime, and well-known in France, she is one of the most important figures in the history of feminism.

Robert Arp is Adjunct Professor of Philosophy at Maple Woods College and Johnson County Community College, in the Kansas City area. He has attained a PhD in Philosophy from Saint Louis University, and specializes in the philosophy of biology, the philosophy of mind, and modern philosophy. A member of The American Philosophical Association and The Philosophy of Science Association, Robert Arp has written numerous articles, book chapters, and books, and is the editor of South Park and Philosophy (Blackwell Publishing, 2006), the co-editor of Contemporary Debates in Philosophy of Biology (Wiley-Blackwell, 2009), and the author of An Integrated Approach to the Philosophy of Mind (Cambridge University Press, 2010).
