Killian Fox grew up in northwest Ireland and lives in London. He is the editor and co-founder of The Gannet, which acts as a conduit for his shameless nosiness about other people's eating habits. A regular contributor to the Observer Food Monthly, he has also written for the Guardian, The Times and the New Statesman, covering music, film, literature, travel and technology as well as food. He'd call himself an omnivore were it not for a lingering fear of boiled eggs.

Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood

Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood is a champion barista who has competed in the World Barista Championship and has won the UK Barista Championship three times. He is co-owner of an award-winning independent roastery and coffee shop. Having travelled the world studying the science and art of coffee, Maxwell co-authored Water For Coffee with Dr. Christopher H. Hendon of MIT, a study on the chemical interactions between water and coffee, and how they can be manipulated to create a higher-quality cup. He frequently works with coffee experts around the world throughout various parts of the coffee chain to develop new and better technology for the enjoyment of coffee.

Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman, professional photographer and best-selling author, was born in England in 1945, took a Masters in Geography at Brasenose College, Oxford University, and then worked in advertising in London for six years. In 1971 he made the life-changing decision to travel up the Amazon with two secondhand cameras, and when Time-Life used many of the pictures he came back with, he embarked on a full-time photographic career.Since then, working for clients that include all the world's major magazines, most notably the Smithsonian Magazine (for which he has shot more than 40 stories over 30 years), Freeman's reputation as one of the world's leading reportage photographers has been consolidated. Nargisse Benkabbou was raised in Brussels, where she grew up in a strongly food-oriented family that continually nurtured her connection with her roots and country of origin, Morocco.After living in Brussels and Paris, Nargisse moved to London a few years ago to pursue her education in Politics only to realize that her love for cooking and food was a real passion. After training at Leiths School of Food and Wine, she started blogging and sharing her Moroccan recipes "with a twist".
