Dr Bruce Fogle

Dr Bruce Fogle DVM MRCV is the world's best-selling practising vet, and is internationally renowned for his expertise in animal health and behaviour. Emma Spitzer

Emma Spitzer was born and raised in Brighton, southern England, to Jewish parents of Polish and Russian descent.Following her success on reaching the final of BBC 1's MasterChef, Emma has been in high demand. Gwen Bailey

Gwen Bailey was the Head of Animal Behaviour for The Blue Cross, one of Britain's foremost animal welfare charities, for many years and also spent 15 years as Chairman of The Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors. As well as lecturing at national and international conferences, Gwen also runs training courses for staff at animal charities around the world and is the owner of The Puppy School, establishing a network of professional, well-trained tutors across the UK. She is the author of several dog-training titles including Puppy School, What is my Dog Thinking?, The Rescue Dog and Choosing the Right Dog for You, all published by Hamlyn.

Haje Jan Kamps

Haje Jan Kamps set up his first photo website at the age of 16 and is now one of the world's best-read photography bloggers; his site photocritic.org has thousands of visitors every day. Shooting with any camera he can, including his smartphone, he has built a successful freelance career, and written books for serious professionals and hobbyists alike, including bestseller 'The Rules of Photography & When To Break Them'. He has also founded a photography technology company, Triggertrap, which sells smart remote releases.

Heather Couper

Heather Couper is a past President of both the British Astronomical Association and the Society for Popular Astronomy. She is a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and the Institute of Physics, and a former Millennium Commissioner, for which she was awarded the CBE in 2007.

Henry Dimbleby

Leon was founded on the twin principles that food can both Taste Good and Do You Good. When Henry Dimbleby, John Vincent and Allegra McEvedy opened their first restaurant, on London's Carnaby Street in July 2004, their aim was to change the face of fast food. Six months after opening, Leon was named the Best New Restaurant in Great Britain at the Observer Food Monthly Awards (by a judging panel that included Rick Stein, Gordon Ramsay, Nigel Slater, Heston Blumenthal, Ruth Rogers and Jay Rayner).

Holly Farrell

Holly Farrell spent two years at RHS Gardens Wisley where she gained the Wisley Diploma in Practical Horticulture, and the RHS Certificate and Diploma (both with Commendation), and where she won the Nicholson Prize for overall contribution to RHS Garden Wisley as a trainee. After working as Head Gardener on a private estate she now combines designing and improving gardens for private clients with her developing career as a garden writer for publications such as Kitchen Garden and the RHS magazine The Garden. Holly is the author of RHS Plants from Pips, RHS Gardening for Mindfulness and Planting Plans for Your Kitchen Garden: How to Create a Vegetable, Herb and Fruit Garden in Easy Stages. She lives in Oxfordshire.

Jake Spicer

Jake Spicer is an artist and drawing tutor based in Brighton, England. Lucy Whigham

Lucy Whigham (née Goddard) trained at the University of Nottingham, UK, where she achieved a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has worked at a leading NHS Trust for over 10 years and also works in private practice at a prestigious clinic in London's Harley Street alongside this. Lucy sees patients for a variety of conditions but specializes in nutritional gastroenterology and disorders of the gut. Lucy has a particular interest in irritable bowel disease, other functional gut disorders and inflammatory bowel disease, and was an early adopter of using the low-FODMAP diet to treat these conditions, being part of the first group of dietitians trained by King's College London in 2010. She has seen a great number of people, both in her NHS and private practices, benefit from using the low-FODMAP diet to gain control of their gastrointestinal symptoms.
