What you’ll be doing

Working across our fiction lists and Enid Blyton Entertainment, the Senior Rights Manager will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets for global translation markets.  Reporting to the Group Rights Director, you will be responsible for the line management of two Rights sellers.

Who we’re looking for

The successful candidate will have a passion for children’s fiction.  You will be a determined, positive and commercial sales person with at least five years’ experience in foreign rights and coedition sales.  Prior experience of personnel management is a prerequisite.  You will need to be a team player with an eye for detail, the ability to use your own initiative and strong organisational and time-management skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and in-house colleagues. Proficiency in one or more foreign languages would be a distinct advantage.
