Biographical Notes

David T. Smith is an internationally renowned gin expert, judge and author. He chairs judging panels for the American Distilling Institute and the International Wine and Sprits Competition, as well as the Gin Masters competition. He is the winner of the 2016 Think Gin award for best communicator, and runs workshops on the art of distilling, as well as the drinks website Summer Fruit Cup.

Andrew Wong

With his restaurant declared one of 2013's best by both Fay Maschler of the Evening Standard and Nick Lander of The Financial Times, Andrew Wong is doing something extraordinary that is attracting attention and accolades from top critics, chefs and foodies from London and further afield. Brian Dilg

Brian Dilg is a photographer, filmmaker, writer, and educator. Founding chair of the Photography department of New York Film Academy, he has also served as a spokesperson for Canon, for whom he created a series of photography tutorials.He has been involved in photography since childhood, growing up in the darkroom under the tutelage of his father and grandfather, both avid amateur photographers. Award-winning author and whisky expert Dave Broom has been writing about whisky for 25 years as a journalist and author. He has written eight books, two of which (Drink! and Rum) won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Book of the Year. He has also won the Glenfiddich Award for Drinks Writer of the Year twice and recently won the extremely prestigious IWSC Communicator of the Year Award. Demetrius Fordham

Demetrius Fordham is a professional commercial, editorial and lifestyle photographer based in Brooklyn, NY. Born in Stuttgart, Germany and raised in Denver, Colorado, Demetrius launched his photography career assisting iconic photographers such as Sheila Metzner and Kurt Iswarienko. He was also the first assistant of celebrated commercial photographer Doug Menuez for many years.
