Her cookbooks include Istanbul: Recipes from the heart of Turkey and Lisbon: Recipes from the heart of Portugal, as well as co-authoring LEON Happy Soups, LEON Happy One-pot Cooking, LEON Fast Vegan and LEON Happy Curries with John Vincent.
