Claus Meyer

Claus Meyer has been a gastronomic entrepreneur for more than 30 years, and has inspired a generation to discover local Nordic produce through his portfolio of businesses, cookbooks, TV shows, lectures and agenda-setting viewpoints. He co-founded the celebrated restaurant noma, in Copenhagen, in 2003 and also founded restaurant GUSTU, in La Paz (Bolivia). In 2016 he opened a large-scale food space within the Grand Central Terminal in New York City, the Great Northern Food Hall, and a 100-seat restaurant, Agern, as well as a bakery in Williamsburg.

Cyrus Todiwala

Cyrus Todiwala OBE, DL, was born in Bombay and rose to become Executive Chef of the Taj Group of hotels in India. Looking for a new challenge, he moved to Britain, where he has lived for more than twenty years. As well as running three successful restaurants in London, he has written a number of cookery books and in 2013 co-presented The Incredible Spice Men on BBC TV. James Wong

James Wong is a Kew-trained botanist, writer and broadcaster based in London, England. Graduating with a master of science degree in Ethnobotany in 2006, he has pursued his key research interests of under-utilised crop species & traditional food systems through field work in rural Ecuador, Java & Southern China. He is the author of the best-selling books Grow Your Own Drugs and Homegrown Revolution, as well as a presenter of programmes including BBC2's award-winning Grow Your Own Drugs and Countryfile and Radio 4's Gardeners' Question Time.Becoming an RHS ambassador in 2014, James is passionate about communicating plant science to new audiences in relevant and accessible ways. Judith Miller began collecting in the 1960s while a student at Edinburgh University in Scotland. She has since extended and reinforced her knowledge of antiques through international research, becoming one of the world's leading experts in the field. In 1979 she co-founded the international best-seller Miller's Antiques Price Guide and has since written more than 100 books which are held in high regard by collectors and dealers.Judith Miller appears regularly on TV and radio. She is an expert on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow and has co-hosted the popular BBC series The House Detectives, ITV's Antiques Trail, and Discovery's It's Your Bid. She has appeared on The Martha Stewart Show and CNN. She is a regular lecturer and contributor to numerous newspapers and magazines, including the Financial Times, the Daily Telegraph, BBC Homes & Antiques and House & Garden. She has lectured extensively, including at the V&A in London and the Smithsonian in Washington.

Matt James

Matt James is a garden designer, broadcaster and senior lecturer teaching on horticulture degree programmes at the Eden Project, Cornwall, where he also manages a respected HND in Garden & Landscape Design. Channel 4's The City Gardener introduced Matt to the gardening public; the series was later broadcast around the globe. Two series about urban garden design in the US soon followed. Matt continues to make regular appearances on television and radio, including BBC Radio 4's Gardeners' Question Time. Matt's previous four books include RHS The Urban Gardener (Mitchell Beazley), and he has also written widely for many publications in garden design and gardening. Matt has won awards for his design work and continues to run a design practice based in Cornwall, working in the UK and abroad.
