- Don’t try to take on too much. You’ll be stressed and harassed and won’t have a good time. No one likes a frazzled host. It’s a party folks!
- Remember to HOST. It’s no good if you are stuck in the kitchen the whole time. Please, please enjoy yourself.
- Don’t worry about making everything yourself. Store bought mixed in with some home made goodies is fine. Really. Your friends are here to see YOU and have a good time.
- A good selection of tasty food. I am a fan of the larger canapé – not itty bitty pinkie sized things. And lots of flavour.
- Always know where you can get more ice if you need it!
