The Night Before Christmas Cocktail

Start Christmas off with a bang with the Chin Chin from the Difford’s Guide: 365 Days of Cocktails: The perfect cocktail for every day of the year.
Combining those two seasonal favourites, Scotch whisky and champagne, with apple and a hint
of honey, this very adult cocktail is Christmas in a glass.

Ingredients & Method
½ spoon runny honey • 1 shot blended Scotch whisky • ½ shot apple juice • top up of Champagne Brut.

Stir honey with Scotch in base of shaker.

Add apple juice, shake with ice and strain into chilled glass. Top with champagne.
